01 / Scope and written agreement
Aurevix Systems (Private) Limited is the owner-confirmed registered company in Pakistan behind the Aurevix Systems website and services. We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact us at info@aurevixsystems.com.
Before development, we agree the requirements, deliverables, price, schedule and project-specific terms in writing. Website information and a downloaded brief do not by themselves place an order, confirm acceptance or create a paid project. These owner-approved business intentions still require legal review before public launch.
02 / Prices and payment stages
The fixed-price services are defined informational website scopes. E-commerce, accounts, payment systems and other advanced functionality require separate scoping unless explicitly included in writing. Prices shown are in USD.
- $99 Static Website: 100% payment before development begins.
- $299 Business Website Plus: 50% upfront; 50% after completed-preview approval and before final handover.
- Custom Development: a typical 40% / 30% / 30% milestone structure, subject to the written agreement. The proposal defines the milestones.
03 / Delivery, revisions and defects
The $99 Static Website delivery target is within 48 hours after complete requirements, agreed scope, payment and scheduling confirmation. It is a target, not an unconditional guarantee. Business Website Plus timelines are agreed separately; Custom Development follows the approved proposal.
Static Website includes one consolidated in-scope revision round and 7 calendar days of complimentary defect-fix support after handover. Business Website Plus includes two consolidated in-scope rounds and 14 calendar days of complimentary defect-fix support after handover.
A revision round is one consolidated set of in-scope changes. Defects against agreed requirements do not consume revision rounds. Custom revisions and support depend on the approved proposal. The complimentary period does not limit statutory remedies.
04 / Changes and responsibilities
Please provide complete requirements, agreed content and assets you are entitled to use. Confirm the relevant contact destinations and any access needed for the agreed work.
New features and out-of-scope changes require a separate quotation. Additional functionality requires a documented change request and approval; any price or timeline effect must be agreed before that additional work begins.
05 / Hosting, domains and other services
Domain registration, hosting and third-party services are charged separately unless explicitly included in the written agreement. Provider subscriptions, renewals, usage charges and account responsibilities should be identified in that agreement.
Third-party products have their own terms and availability. A package description does not promise that a third-party service will remain free or available indefinitely.
06 / Deliverable ownership and licensing
The written agreement must identify the commissioned deliverables, the ownership or usage rights provided, and when those rights take effect. It must distinguish original commissioned work from pre-existing tools, fonts, libraries, stock material and other third-party assets.
Third-party and pre-existing material remains subject to its applicable licence. Buying a service does not transfer a third party’s intellectual property or remove licence conditions. Any client-supplied assets also need appropriate permission.
07 / Cancellation and refunds
Before work begins, cancellation normally permits a refund of the service fee. After work begins, any refund is evaluated against undelivered work, documented approved costs and applicable law. There is no blanket non-refundable rule.
The separate cancellation policy explains how to request an assessment. These policies do not remove any applicable mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.
08 / Questions and review status
Questions about a scope, charge, revision or handover should be raised at info@aurevixsystems.com so the relevant written agreement and project record can be considered.
The registered legal company name has been confirmed by the owner. Required registration identifiers and public business disclosures, applicable law, and dispute wording remain subject to confirmation and qualified legal review. This draft does not impose a governing-law clause or blanket liability exclusion.
