01 / Before work begins
Cancellation before work begins normally permits a refund of the service fee. Any question about the project’s status should be assessed against the agreed scope and documented project record.
Domain, hosting and third-party charges must be identified separately. Their treatment depends on what was approved, the relevant provider terms and applicable law. This does not create a blanket deduction from the service-fee refund.
02 / After work begins
We evaluate any refund based on undelivered work, documented approved costs and applicable law. The assessment should explain the work delivered, what remains undelivered and the approved costs being considered.
A deposit or milestone payment is not automatically non-refundable. The outcome depends on the circumstances and any applicable mandatory rights.
03 / Request an assessment
Email info@aurevixsystems.com with your project reference or agreed scope, the cancellation request and any relevant concerns. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We will consider the request against the written agreement and project record and discuss the assessment with you. This draft does not promise an unapproved processing deadline, payment method or automatic refund percentage.
04 / Defects and statutory rights
A defect against agreed requirements does not use a revision round. The complimentary support period does not limit statutory remedies.
Nothing here removes any applicable cancellation rights, remedies for non-performance or other mandatory consumer protections. Jurisdiction-specific cancellation requirements and the final contract wording require legal review before public launch.
